  5. Have clear signage inside and outside of your business.

  6. Keep paperwork to the minimum.

  7. Shorten the steps in your sales process.

  8. Design a website that is easy to navigate.

  9. Make sure there is always easy access to all the information needed to make purchasing decisions.

  10. Ensure that all your promotional materials have full and obvious contact details.

  11. If you send prospective customers location maps, make sure that they are easy to read and follow.

  12. Keep your customers informed simply and clearly.

  1. How easy is it for your target market to find out about what you do?

  2. Your business name - is it memorable; is it easy for potential customers to make a clear association with the services you offer?

  3. How easy is it for people to find out where you are?

  4. If you have a website, how appealing is it?

  5. How easy is it for people to get the information they need and make contact with you?

  6. Is there any customer education necessary with buying and using your products? If so, how easy is it to understand?

  7. What about the structure of your client meetings and appointments - is it easy for people to see clearly how they could benefit from a relationship with you?

  8. What about your business proposals? What do they look like - are they appealing? Is it easy for a customer to assimilate the information?

  9. What about your email or website address? Is it easily memorable?

Go through every single business communication and buying process that you have set up for your customers. Check them out from the position of actually being a customer. Note your complete experience from start to finish. Learn from it and make any changes you need to make their buying experience easier.
