Methodology

In this experimental program, we adopt a coaching and facilitation approach through interactive workshops, self-assessments, group activities and simulations. 


It is very important to involve participants in reviewing their own performance, so the courses are designed to illustrate participants' key selling problems. The whole program is very interactive. This ensures that all the trainees have ample learning opportunities with activities and reviews to encourage the application of the relevant skills.


This will involve coaching, presentation strategies and process Debriefing. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss what happened to them during the simulation.
